p>ONW aircraft respond against Iraqi Missile Site At approximately 11:15 a.m., Iraqi time, January 7, 1999, Saddam Hussein's forces once again violated cease-fire accords and acted aggressively by illuminating a coalition aircraft with a surface-to-air missile tracking radar. The coalition aircraft was conducting routine enforcement of the northern no-fly zone approximately 15 miles northwest of Mosul, Iraq, at the time of the incident.
