p>Defense Secretary William Cohen Testifies on Emergency Supplemental Funding Legislation Cohen presented DOD's emergency supplemental funding request to the House and Senate Appropriations defense subcommittees on April 21 and 27, respectively. The extra $6 billion would go to fund Operation Allied Force. Also includes opening statements by Senate Appropriations defense subcommittee Chairman Ted Stevens, Sen. Mitch McConnell, OMB's Jacob Lew and U.S. AID's J. Brian Atwood. Secretary Cohen's Statement appears below.
