Officials: Maintenance Funding Must Be Addressed Before Loss Of OCO

The Navy's reliance on supplemental funding to address the fleet's maintenance backlog has placed the service in the position of having to figure out how to provide proper maintenance once that funding goes away, Navy acquisition chief Sean Stackley told the House Armed Services oversight and investigations subcommittee Sept. 11.
