Senators' Letter To DOD, State On P&W Canada Export Control Violations

In an Aug. 6. 2012, letter, Senate Armed Services Committee Chairman Carl Levin (D-MI) and Ranking Member John McCain (R-AZ) call on Defense Secretary Leon Panetta and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to provide the panel with an assessment of the "extent of the harm caused to national security" by export-control violations committed by Pratt & Whitney Canada in selling military software to China.
