DOD Notice On WSARA Implementation

In a Sept. 8, 2010, notice reprinted in the Federal Register, the Defense Department announces it is "adopting as final, without change, an interim rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implement the Weapon Systems Acquisition Reform Act of 2009, to improve the organization and procedures of DOD for the acquisition of major weapon systems."
