DOD Notice On DFARS "Requirements Applicable to Multiyear Contracts"

In a Sept. 8, 2010, notice reprinted in the Federal Register, the Defense Department announces it is "adopting as final, with minor editorial corrections, an interim rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implement the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008, section 811, entitled 'Requirements Applicable to Multiyear Contracts for the Procurement of Major Systems of the Department of Defense.'"
