Navy Amended Justification And Approval For IT, Engineering Services

The Navy Amended Justification and Approval, approved by a senior procurement executive on April 1, 2010, awards a contract on a sole-source basis to Hewlett Packard Enterprise Services, (HPES) formerly Electronic Data Systems (EDS) Corp. for Navy and Marine Corps information technology (IT) and engineering services required to effect an uninterrupted transition from NMCI-provided services to NGEN-provided services.
