DARPA BAA On Cyber Insider Threat (CINDER) Program

In an Aug. 25, 2010, broad agency announcement posted on Federal Business Opportunities, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency announces it is "soliciting novel approaches to insider threat detection that greatly increase the accuracy, rate and speed of detection and that impede the ability of adversaries to operate within government and military interest networks." Also includes a notice for a Proposers' Day Workshop.
