DARPA RFI On 'SHIELD'

In a July 23, 2010, request for information posted on Federal Business Opportunities, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency announces it is seeking information from industry regarding the simultaneous preservation of data privacy and security for social network data being collected for military, government and commercial purposes. Also includes a Sept. 2 amended RFI.
