DOD IG Report On Army Use Of Time-And-Materials Contracts In SW Asia

The Aug. 27, 2010, Defense Department inspector general report discusses the Army's use of time-and-materials contracts and task orders for Southwest Asia and finds that "Army contracting and DOD program officials did not properly award and administer the 18 T&M contracts and task orders for work performed in Southwest Asia."
