DOD IG Report On The NTEET Program

In an Aug. 27, 2010 report, the Defense Department inspector general's office "reviewed the planning, funding, contracting, and execution of eight Near Term Energy-Efficient Technologies (NTEET) Program research and development projects to ensure that Army contracting efforts complied with Recovery Act requirements, the OMB guidance, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and DOD implementing guidance."
