DSCA Memo On UAE Purchase Of THAAD Radar Set

The July 16, 2010, Defense Security Cooperation Agency memo approves a "special" nonrecurring cost (NC) recoupment pro rata charge for the sale, coproduction or licensed production of an AN_TPY, Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) weapon system (Special NC, United Arab Emirates Version). The special NC charge is $32.2 million.
