DOD IG Report On Air Force CSAR Services Contracts

In a May 4, 2010, redacted report, the Defense Department inspector general finds that "Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) and Air Force contracting officials did not obtain competition or ensure fair and reasonable prices when awarding and administering advisory and assistance services task orders supporting the combat search and rescue mission."
