DOD FY-10 Omnibus Reprogramming Request

On July 2, 2010, Robert Hale, the Defense Department comptroller, submitted an omnibus reprogramming request that aims to provide a cash infusion during the final month of fiscal year 2010, which ends Sept. 30, to a range of programs including high-priority intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance efforts as well as improvements to ships and legacy ground vehicles.
