DOD Reprogramming Actions For Various Appropriations

In a pair of June 29, 2010, reprogramming actions, Pentagon comptroller Robert Hale advised Congress of a $686 million shift between fiscal year 2010 accounts to finance a range of ongoing Mine Resistant Ambush Protected vehicle-acquisition-related efforts, including the purchase of 102 armored trucks as well as a $20 million effort to develop an "ultra-lite MRAP prototype."
