Norwegian Minister Suggests Collective Action To Boost F-35 Production

International partners on the Joint Strike Fighter program, who plan to purchase about one-quarter of all F-35 aircraft over the program's lifetime, should consider coming together in some form of collective action to help influence the production ramp-up rate in case the U.S. Defense Department cuts its planned buy in the near term, according to the Norwegian defense minister.
