House And Senate Push Back Against USAF's Reprogramming Request

The House and Senate Appropriations committees have postponed making a decision on part of a reprogramming request that the Air Force submitted in late June, including funding that would have gone to the service's UH-1N helicopter fleet and funding that would have been moved away from the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program.
