Senate Appropriators Zero Out STUAS, Suggest JROC Oversight

The Senate Appropriations Committee has recommended that the Joint Requirements Oversight Council review the Marine Corps' Small Tactical Unmanned Aircraft System (STUAS) and zeroed out funding because the program's requirements and costs have not been validated, according to a report on the committee's mark of the fiscal year 2013 defense appropriations bill.
