Zahner: Army's ISR Assets Expected To Stay In Afghanistan Until The End

Despite an 18 percent cut in spending on the Army's intelligence portfolio, the service's surveillance and reconnaissance assets are expected to play a key role in Afghanistan right until U.S. troops withdraw from the country, according to Lt. Gen. Richard Zahner, the outgoing deputy chief of staff for intelligence.
