At the behest of Congress, Army officials are working on a report outlining progress made in implementing recommendations from last year's Army Acquisition Review, perhaps better known as the Decker-Wagner study. Service spokesman Matthew Bourke would only say "soon" when asked when the report might be sent to lawmakers. Per the Fiscal Year 2012 National Defense Authorization Act, the status update is due to Congress by Oct. 1. Early last year, Army leaders were quick to embrace the Decker-Wagner study's recommendations.
