War Game Sees U.S. Power Challenged By Spread Of Precision Weapons

The Defense Department is ill-prepared to deal with a future in which enemies are able to threaten U.S. forces with precision-guided weapons, currently a pinnacle of military might unique to the United States, according to the results of a recent war game sponsored by the Pentagon's secretive Office of Net Assessment.
